We started this blog to share with everyone what is going on in our lives, but somehow our lives haven't had much excitement lately. Allen has been busy with work, while I have been trying to find a job. That is a job in itself. So far, after 4 months, not much luck. I now enjoy the joys of life through being a housewife. Oh this is what dreams are made of right? Well I really wish I had something to occupy my time. I miss home...I'm not gonna lie. I miss my family and friends. We've been having a tough time plugging in up here. It seems like the age demographic does not include our range. So we pray that God will put the right people in our lives, so we can enjoy our time more here.
December has been quite a busy, hectic month. We put on a Christmas performance at the church the first weekend of Dec. Talk about stress. I know, we've been through it before with TRBC, but I was never in the choir. And Allen was never running the audio for the whole production. We praise God we got through that. Tomorrow we will have company! Allen's parents will be here to spend some time with us since we will only be in Pensacola for a day for Christmas. My mom, sister, and the kids will be joining us after Christmas, and Shi and Evan will be heading down for New Years which I am ECSTATIC about! We haven't seen them since the wedding.
